todd terms of service

acceptance

by downloading, installing, or using todd you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. if you do not agree, do not use todd.

your account

you must be at least 13 years old to use todd. you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for any activity that occurs under your account. notify todd at biz.ezpz@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

subscriptions and billing

todd offers a free tier and a paid subscription (todd+). paid subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple App Store In-App Purchases (on iOS) or Google Play Billing (on Android). subscription entitlement is managed by RevenueCat on behalf of todd.

• your subscription will automatically renew at the price disclosed at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; canceling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period unless required by Apple or Google policy or by applicable law.
• refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
• prices and features available on each tier may change over time. when material changes happen, todd will use reasonable efforts to communicate them in advance.

acceptable use

when using todd you agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by applicable law.
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to todd's infrastructure or other users' data.
• use todd to store or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or otherwise harmful.
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit todd or any part of it without prior written permission.
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

your content

you retain ownership of the tasks, notes, sessions, and other content you create in todd. you grant todd a limited license to host, store, transmit, sync, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. todd does not claim ownership of your content and does not use it to train machine-learning models.

intellectual property

the todd app, the itstodd.com website, the todd brand, and all related software, designs, copy, illustrations, and trademarks are owned by the developer of todd or its licensors. these terms do not grant you any rights to those materials except the limited right to use todd as intended.

third-party services

todd integrates with third-party services including Supabase (auth and data storage), Apple App Store and Google Play (billing), RevenueCat (subscription management), and optionally Apple Calendar and Google Calendar (calendar integration). your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. todd is not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling on the third-party side.

disclaimers

todd is provided "as is" and "as available." to the maximum extent permitted by law, todd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. todd does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data will be preserved without loss.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, todd and the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of todd. todd's total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid todd in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

termination

you can stop using todd and delete your account at any time via the in-app settings or at itstodd.com/delete-account. todd may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continued operation of the service is no longer viable. on termination, your right to use todd ends; data is handled per the privacy policy.

changes

these terms may be updated as the product evolves. the effective date will be revised and the latest version will always be available at this page. continued use of todd after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. you and todd agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing other remedies.
